Cliend claims to smell smoke and a strong female presence. It was confirmed that the privious owner was a heavy smoker who was on breathing support. She died in the hospital before he purchased the property

Brian's House 1 Unexplained noise
This first EVP or unexplained noise was captured durring Craig and Abby's session in the master bedroom. One of the claims is that at times a strange sound like a breathing machine or a long inhale is heard along with the smell of cigerette smoke. The former owner was a heavy smoker and spent the last years of her life on an oxygen tank. This was recorded with a 360 degree P2 recorder.

Brian's House 2 female vocalization
This strange female vocalization was captured during Micah and Laura's session in the home office. After the sound, you hear Micah commenting on the sudden temprature change in the room.

Brian's House 3 Get out?
This EVP was captured while Craig and Micah were in the master bedroom and seems to say very softly "get out".

Brian's House 4 Double voice
This is a VERY unusual EVP captured at the begenning of Craig and Mica's session in the master bedroom. As Craig is preparing the recorder, there is a very clear "OK" and then as Craig speaks, the same voice speaks along with him saying "Digital recorder". You can clearly hear both voices. The unknown voice in no way resembles Mica's voice pattern, tone, or inflection.
