Students have claimed to feel a presence while practicing plays or working alone. There are many stories associated with the theater, including the tales that police are afraid to lock it up at night.

NOTES: This is a very beautiful and historic building. We did get some "false evidence" due to the heating system. It uses an old boiler system that bangs and clangs and could account for some of the claims of noises and footsteps
